This app quickly and simply calculates the maximum commission that a Real Estate can charge for the sale of property in Queensland, Australia. It allows you to enter your own rate of commission. It also allows you to enter the split of your Commission within the Agency.

This app also calculates the cost of Stamp Duty & the Land Transfer Fee when purchasing property in Queensland. The calculations are based upon the Qld Stamp Duty changes since 1st August 2011 and also the new Transfer Duty changes effective from 1st July 2012. The calculations also include the concessions for first home buyers or principal place of residence/owner occupier.

This app also includes a home loan repayment calculator. This will provide an estimate of monthly payments for a home loan after confirming the loan term and interest rate.

Lastly this app includes a date calculator. Select the date of the contract and a time period of 30, 60, 90 or 180 days and it will quickly and accurately calculate the future date. Alternatively enter in any number of days and the future date is calculated. If the date falls on a Saturday or Sunday it suggests the next business day.
